Returns

At present, we do not accept returns on any orders.

We encourage our customers to carefully review product details, size guides, and descriptions before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive an incorrect item

For any such issues, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear images or video so we can assist you promptly.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued in the form of a store credit / coupon code.

  • Store credit has lifetime validity
  • No usage restrictions
  • Can be redeemed anytime on our website

At present, we do not offer cash or bank refunds.

Reverse Pickup

For damaged or incorrect items, we provide a reverse pickup service for your convenience. You do not need to ship the product yourself — our logistics partner will collect the item from your doorstep.

Please note:

  • Reverse pickup agents do not conduct quality checks at the time of collection
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to hand over the correct item(s).
  • Any cost incurred due to incorrect item handover will be borne by the customer
  • If an incorrect item is returned, any issued store credit will remain on hold until the correct product is received.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during sale or on discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
